Strengthening safety awareness, living in peace and "thinking"
      In order to promote the construction of the factory air defense and disaster prevention system, improve the ability of disaster prevention and emergency response. Enhance employees' self-protection ability, ensure their safety in life, and have the ability to rescue themselves. In accordance with the work arrangement of the Cuishan Lake Fire Department, our factory organized an emergency evacuation drill for air defense and disaster prevention.
      Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, various departments organized employees to carry out safety special education for emergency escape, let employees know how to deal with safety issues in emergency situations and how to escape, and carry out a simulated fire drill to employees throughout the plant. .

 

  Master Tang told the employees of the factory about "the historical significance of 9.18" and explained the fire drill process to everyone!

 

    The staff of the working group ordered the smoking agent, and the escape drill officially started. The employees who were working were evacuated in a prompt and orderly manner according to the scheduled escape route under the organization of the staff!

     During the escape process, you should cover your mouth and reduce harmful smoke to stimulate the body. The conditions allow the application to be wet and smothered. In the process of escape, you should walk safely in an orderly manner. Do not take the elevator!

     The employees evacuated to the safe area on the first floor, and the staff continued the second “water release” drill after checking the teams. The staff taught us how to install and use the spray gun:
1. Open the fire gate and take out the water hose;
2. Connect the water gun to the hose and connect the other hose to the fire water tank;
3. Push the water away from the fire source;
4. One person holds the water gun at the source of ignition and the other opens the sluice.

Colleagues help each other so that everyone can use the water spray gun!

 

Master Tang teaches everyone to use fire extinguishers:
1. Reverse the bottle several times before use to loosen the dry powder in the cylinder;
2. Then remove the plastic seal and then remove the insurance pin;
3. Hold the nozzle in the left hand and press the handle on the right;
      In the place 2 meters away from the flame, press the presser with the right hand, swing the left and right hand with the nozzle, and spray the dry powder to cover the burning area until all the fire is extinguished!

     In order for everyone to be able to rescue themselves from each other in the event of a fire, our factory requires that no one in each group must actually use the fire extinguisher drill. After two hours of drills, Master Tang summed up our fire drills to give encouragement and praise to the staff to command, not to panic, and prompt action when the danger came!

 

      The fire emergency evacuation drill further strengthened the emergency prevention ability and self-protection awareness of the factory and employees for emergencies, and controlled the basic methods of escape, so that things do not panic, actively respond, and protect themselves.

      In the future, Qidun Sanitary will continue to carry out various forms of safety drills to infiltrate safety education into work and daily life.
